Summa Hospitality, Design & Purchasing provides professional
interior design services for each of your projects. With the
increasing competition in today's market the hospitality
industry must focus on design and guest services recognition.
The designer must incorporate local area themes and lifestyles
into the demographic criteria of the expected clientele.
Although standardize room decor packages have their place and
can be offered through AHR, for those owners wanting to make a
statement and establish themselves as a unique and distinctive
property in the community our designers can accomplish the
task. With each design created, current fads , which are often
short lived, are avoided, unless requested by the owner. Our
designs remain classic and timeless in concept and color,
utilizing a full spectrum of design styles to correspond with
your desired theme.
Once the design has been created, reviewed and approved by the owner our designers generate a design/color board. These boards depict not only the fabrics and finishes selected for your property but also evoke the theme and mood we are trying to effect. Frequently approval must be given by the various franchise corporations for design specifications, which AHR handles directly to alleviate these burdens for our clients. Franchise specifications must be provided to AHR by our clients in order for our staff to meet the criteria. We are approved suppliers for Bass Hotels and Resort as well as providers for all other franchise hotel.
After the design has been established by either our Interiors Department or perhaps specifications are submitted by another design firm, we utilize every resource available to find the best priced product for the application. Working in conjunction with Architectural Firms, Construction Companies, Management Groups or individual owners has given us the expertise needed to formulate an efficient system of getting the job completed and on your time schedule. It takes coordination of all resources from each avenue of the process to achieve these results, which is accomplished in our order processing department.
